Job summary

We are working with a small family run Precision Engineering company in Wyken, Coventry, CV2, seeking an Experienced CNC Turner to join the onsite team. You will work on 1–2 machines (Bridgeport and Doosan lathes with Fanuc controls), handling programming, setting, and operation alongside 3–4 other machinists.

The role requires hands-on experience with lathe programming, deburring and inspection, with a 39‑hour week (Mon–Thu 7:30–16:30, Fri 7:30–12:30) and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Experienced with online programming, setting and operating lathes.
• Knowledge of deburring and inspection processes.
• Familiar with Fanuc controls and multi‑machine environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and program CNC lathes for turning work.
• Load fixtures, deburr parts and perform basic inspection.

We are working with a small family run Precision Engineering company with a long term bespoke customer base who are looking to add an Experienced CNC Turner to their team onsite in Wyken, Coventry, CV2 area.

Working on 1 or 2 machines at once, Bridgeport and Doosan lathes (2 axis) with Fanuc controls in a team of 4/5 other Machinist's

You must be experienced with online at the machine programming, setting and operating of lathes, deburring and inspection work

7:30am-4:30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday until 12:30pm, paid for 39 hours per week, + overtime sometimes (Not guaranteed)

For an experienced Prog/Set/Op Turner willing to pay up to £18.50ph maximum
