Job summary

HEC Precision Ltd in Southall, a leading subcontractor for aerospace components, seeks an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a skilled team in a clean, modern facility.

You will program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled multi-axis lathes, with offline programming and experience on Doosan Lynx and Puma machines preferred. The role offers a permanent contract with a 4-day week option, overtime, generous holiday, pension and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience turning on Fanuc-controlled multi-axis lathes.
• Able to program, set and operate CNC lathes for aerospace components.
• Experience with offline programming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate Fanuc multi-axis lathes to produce aerospace components.
• Develop and edit CNC programs and fixtures as required.
• Work with Doosan Lynx 220LM, Puma 3100/2600SY and related equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvements.
