Job summary

Accept Recruitment are recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer in Wolverhampton to work on precision aerospace components. The role covers programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines (up to 3 axes) to drawing/customer spec, with a focus on stock utilisation and waste reduction.

Working days are Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 and Fri 08:00–13:00, with an early finish every Friday. Up to £18.50 per hour, with the opportunity to join a leading engineering business in a supportive team.

We're recruiting for a leading aerospace & precision engineering business in Wolverhampton looking for a CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (Turning) to join their production team on precision components.

What you'll be doing:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machinery (up to 3-axis) to drawing/customer spec
• Maximising stock utilisation, minimising scrap and waste
• Keeping stock control records accurate and up to date
• Supporting and training other operatives

What you'll need:

• Solid CNC turning experience – programming, setting and operating
• Confidence reading drawings and cutting patterns
• Fanuc experience a bonus, not essential
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-focused
