Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our aerospace MRO partner in Ashton Hayes. You will manufacture and repair precision aircraft components on Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, working to tight tolerances.

You'll set up and program 2- and 3-axis lathes, read engineering drawings, and verify quality using imperial measuring equipment. The role operates on a 14:00–22:00 shift with a focus on safety and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and programming CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment.
• Aerospace or MRO experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team.
