Job summary

Interaction Finance is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for a permanent role in the Dunstable area. The successful candidate will set and operate CNC machinery, producing components to specification and maintaining high quality and accuracy.

The ideal applicant will have experience in both CNC Turning and Milling on 3-axis machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls is advantageous, though not essential. Salary is dependent on experience; on-site parking is available.

• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner / Miller to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Setter / Operator with experience working on 3-axis CNC machinery, within a busy machine shop environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing components to specification and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience across both CNC Turning and Milling, with experience of 3-axis machinery.

Key Requirements

• Proven, time-served experience as a CNC Setter / Operator.
• Experience setting and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• CNC Turning and Milling experience.
• Previous experience working within a machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• CNC programming experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Experience with Fanuc controls would be an advantage.
• A reliable, practical and quality-focused approach to work.

Package & Benefits

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am–3:45pm
