Repro Engineering Limited in Waterlooville is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience setting and programming FANUC controls, producing high-quality parts to drawings and specifications.

You will work a 40-hour week with overtime, Monday-Thursday 07:30–16:30 and Friday 07:30-13:30, contributing to continuous improvement, tool setting, and routine quality checks.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience as CNC Turner setting and programming FANUC controls.
• Experience working to tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software desirable.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Program and set FANUC controlled lathes to produce high-quality parts per drawings.
• Conduct quality checks with precision measuring tools.
• Complete inspection records and interpret tooling sheets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety.
• Troubleshoot machining issues efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.

We have an opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner to join our team at our well-established precision engineering company in Waterlooville.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in setting and programming FANUC controls.

• Attractive rate of pay and overtime rate. 40 hrs per week
• Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 and Fridays 07:30-13:30.

Skills

• Program and Set FANUC Controlled Lathes to produce high quality precision parts according to specifications and engineering drawings, ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments and gauges.
• Complete inspection records and interpret tooling sheets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain machine performance and report any maintenance requirements.
• A commitment to quality and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner, ideally 5+ years experience.
• Must have experience with working to tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is highly desirable.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance in all aspects of work is expected.
• A strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
