Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking experienced CNC turners for a prestigious precision engineering subcontractor in the Stevenage area. You will operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, load programmes, set tooling and offsets to achieve tight tolerances on complex parts.

You'll produce high-precision turned components in a range of metals, conduct first-off and in-process inspections, and work closely with production, programming and quality teams to maintain right-first-time output.

Qualifications

• Skilled CNC turning with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to load programmes, set tooling and offsets.
• Proficiency reading detailed drawings and tolerances.
• Experience performing first-off and in-process inspections.

Responsibilities

CNC turners required for expansion at this exceptional sub contract precision engineering company - The company produces complex, high-precision components for industries including Formula One, aerospace and military applications, machining a wide range of metals to extremely tight tolerances.
