THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED in Rochdale is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a specialist engineering team on a permanent basis. You will program, set and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, work with steel, aluminium and plastics, and perform routine maintenance as required.

The role demands excellent timekeeping, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment. You may work independently or as part of a team, with overtime when required.

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for their next role, I am recruiting on behalf of my client based in Rochdale.They are a successful specialist engineering company who specialise in CNC Machining Precision Components.

The job

• Program, Set and Operate CNC Lathes that have Fanuc operating systems with a proven track record.
• Work with all types of materials, including steel, aluminium, plastics, and other materials.
• Work with all types of tools, including drills, grinders, and sanders.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on parts produced by the machine.
• Maintain work area to ensure it is clean and organised.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures established by the company or organisation or employer.
