Job summary

Trident Recruitment Ltd in Rochdale is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator for a busy subcontract engineering environment. The role offers a day shift with a rate of up to £19 per hour, depending on experience.

You will program, set and operate CNC turning machinery, interpreting drawings and specifications to produce precision components while performing quality checks and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator.
• Fanuc programming and controls experience required.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Experience in a precision engineering/subcontract environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC turning machinery to produce components.

Trident Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a busy engineering environment in Rochdale. This is a sub-contract position offering a day shift and a rate of up to £19 per hour, depending on experience.

The Role

• Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machinery
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high standards
• Working independently and efficiently within a busy machine shop

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator
• Fanuc programming and controls are critical
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Experience within a precision engineering / subcontract environment
• Ability to confidently set and operate CNC turning machinery
