Job summary

Keystone Recruit Ltd is assisting a well‑established manufacturing client in recruiting an experienced CNC Turner. The role offers day and night shift opportunities in a busy, supportive production environment.

The successful candidate will programme, set and operate CNC lathes, producing high‑quality components and meeting production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a CNC Turning role.
• Ability to programme and set CNC lathes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes
• Producing components to required quality standards
• Reading and following technical drawings and job instructions
• Checking finished work using measuring equipment
• Identifying and resolving basic machining or production issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working to production schedules and deadlines
• Supporting continuous improvement within the workshop
• Working closely with supervisors and production teams

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, producing high-quality components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes
