Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will set and operate CNC lathes and machining centres, ensuring parts meet quality standards while supporting continuous improvement.

Day shift, 38 hours per week, with overtime available. This permanent, full-time role offers on-site parking and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to edit and modify existing CNC programmes.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Consistently produces work to a high standard.
• Conscientious, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.

Inspire resourcing Ltd are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes and machining centres, ensuring components are produced to the required quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machinery, predominantly using Fanuc controls.
• Produce components to the required specifications and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including processes and tooling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Operate overhead cranes and use lifting slings safely.
