Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting an experienced CNC Setter / Programmer to join a busy manufacturing environment in Wolverhampton.

You will program, set and operate CNC milling machines (Hurco), read engineering drawings, select tooling, and perform first-off inspections using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Hurco WinMax, Fanuc controls and G-code, and a strong ability to interpret tolerances and maintain tooling offsets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter / Programmer within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
• Strong CNC milling experience, ideally with 3, 4 or 5-axis machines.
• Experience using Hurco machines and WinMax conversational controls.
• Experience with Fanuc CNC controls and G-code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, feeds, speeds and precision measuring equipment.

Pay Rate: £15.38 - £16.83 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00

About the RolePertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Programmer to join a busy manufacturing environment in Wolverhampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components, working from engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines, including Hurco machining centres.
