Job summary

Proactive Wolverhampton is currently recruiting for experienced CNC Lathe Setters/Operators for a temp-to-perm role based in Dudley. The successful candidates will have experience setting and operating CNC lathes, including changing tooling and ensuring machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.

You will work day or night shifts with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience setting CNC lathes and changing tooling.
• Ability to set up machines and adjust settings.
• Experience editing CNC programmes is advantageous but not essential.

• Ensuring machines run efficiently and meet production requirements.
• Editing and amending CNC programmes where necessary, although this is not essential.

Requirements

• Previous experience setting CNC lathes.
• Experience changing tooling and carrying out machine setups.
• Ability to operate CNC lathes confidently.
• Experience editing or amending CNC programmes would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay and Benefits

• £16-£19 per hour, depending on experience.
