Job summary

Oliver Rae in Dudley is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe setter/operator who can also progress toward programming responsibilities. The role focuses on producing high-spec components for diverse industries in a state-of-the-art workshop.

Qualifications

• Solid experience operating CNC Lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Experience with Fanuc control programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Lathes to produce high-spec parts.
• Write/edit and adjust Fanuc programmes.
• Work from detailed technical drawings with precision.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and quality checks.
• Maintain peak machine performance through troubleshooting.

Pay Rates: £17 - £21 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 or Monday to Thursday 14:30-00:00
