Crewe, Cheshire (Commutable from: Nantwich, Winsford, Northwich, Knutsford, Congleton, Sandbach, Alsager, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent)

Are you a CNC Setter / Operator with Fanuc experience, looking for a permanent role with a well-established manufacturer where you will be properly looked after, trained on new equipment and have clear progression routes?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing, family-owned global manufacturer producing high-precision components for specialist industries, working within a close-knit machining team with plenty of work and overtime available.

As a result of continued investment in manufacturing capability and new machining equipment, they are now looking to add to their CNC team, offering long-term stability as well as opportunities to develop your setting skills and move into programming and team leadership over time.

In this role you will set and operate multi-axis CNC machines (primarily grinding, with milling experience highly transferable), working from technical drawings, making approved program edits where required and carrying out visual inspections.

This role would suit a CNC Setter / Operator with Fanuc experience, looking for a secure, Monday-Friday, days-based position with support, training and genuine long-term progression.

The Role:

• Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines (primarily grinding; milling experience transferable)
• Work from technical drawings, visual inspections and maintain quality standards
• Mon-Thu 07:00-15:00, Friday finish 12:45 (overtime available)

The Person:

• Hands-on CNC setting / operating experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with Fanuc controls
• Wanting training and progression
