CNC Machinist - Turner

Are you a CNC Turner with experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes, looking for a stable days-based role with excellent overtime opportunities?

This well-established manufacturer has over 60 years of industry experience and supplies a wide variety of industries. Due to continued investment and growth, they are looking to add skilled CNC Machinists to their close-knit engineering team.

On offer is a Monday-Friday role where you will program, set and operate CNC turning machines. You will work from engineering drawings, proving out programs, selecting tooling and inspecting finished components while working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering.

This role would suit an experienced CNC Turner looking for a permanent day-based position offering overtime, specialist training and longer-term opportunities to develop within a growing company.

The role:

• Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines, producing precision components to engineering drawings
• Monday-Friday (early finish Fridays)
• Excellent overtime opportunities

The candidate:

• Understand and edit ISO CNC programs
• Time-served CNC apprentice
• CNC Turning experience - programming, setting and operating
