Job summary

DEEP Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our production team. You will turn engineering designs into precision components using a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining centre, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

You will set tools, fixtures, work offsets and machine parameters, read detailed drawings, and inspect components during machining with micrometers and gauges. Experience with Heidenhain controls is essential for this role.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated CNC Setter/Operator to join our production team.

As a CNC Setter/Operator at DEEP Manufacturing, you will play a key role in taking engineering designs and turning them into high-quality precision components through CNC machining. Your skills and attention to detail will have a direct impact on the quality, accuracy and performance of the finished parts.

You will be responsible for setting and operating a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining centre, ensuring components are manufactured safely, accurately and efficiently, in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards and production requirements.
