Job summary

The One Group is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team in Northampton. You will set up and operate up to 5-axis CNC milling machines, interpret technical drawings, and perform in-process inspections to ensure high-quality components for aerospace, defence and motorsport applications.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate up to 5-axis CNC milling machines, including Fanuc/HAAS controls.
• Prepare materials and tooling for upcoming jobs.
• Carry out in-process inspections to ensure components meet quality requirements.
• Support workshop operations through basic machine maintenance and finishing tasks.
