Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Poole is recruiting a CNC Setter (Mills & Lathes) for a days-based, permanent role. You will set and operate Mazak mills and lathes within a precision engineering environment, producing components for high-spec sectors.

The role requires proven CNC milling and turning experience, multi-axis machining, and the ability to hold tight tolerances on aluminium and steel. On-site team, 25 days holidays, pension, and generous overtime availability.

Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7am-12pm Fri

Pay: £34,000-£37,000 DOE
