Morgan Jones Ltd is seeking a dedicated CNC Punch Press Operator/Programmer in Margate for a permanent position. This role offers full training for entry-level candidates and advancement opportunities for experienced operators to take on programming responsibilities.

You’ll contribute to high-quality components across multiple industries within a supportive workshop environment. Entry-level applicants will receive comprehensive training, while seasoned operators can apply their programming

The Role

You’ll be setting, operating and/or programming CNC Punch Press machinery to produce high-quality components used across multiple industries. Entry-level candidates will receive full training, while experienced operators can step straight into programming responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Candidates:
  • CNC punch press experience (e.g., Bosch,Amada,Trumpf)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Quality-focused and able to work independently
• Entry Level Candidates:
  • Practical, hands-on and eager to learn
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions
  • Any workshop or mechanical experience is beneficial
