Morgan Jones Limited is partnering with a long-established engineering firm in Margate to recruit a CNC Punch Press Operator/Programmer for a permanent role. You'll set up, operate and program CNC punch presses to produce high-quality components.

Entry-level candidates will receive full training, while experienced operators can take on programming responsibilities. The role offers a supportive workshop, potential overtime and the chance to develop broader fabrication skills within a stable team.

• Experience with CNC punch press operations or programming.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
