Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CNC Programmer & Technical Trainer in Solihull to join a global market leader in a dual-focused role combining hands-on CNC milling with technical training. You will program, set and run Haas/Fanuc machines and mentor apprentices while expanding your own skills through industry training.

Qualifications

• Experienced CNC Miller (setting/operating/programming).
• Fanuc and Haas experience.
• Experience in teaching/training/mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain equipment.
• Support and mentor apprentices.
• Days Based role, Mon-Fri - 39 hours a week.
