Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CNC Programmer & Technical Trainer in Solihull to join a global market leader in a dual-focused role combining hands-on CNC milling with technical training. You will program, set and run Haas/Fanuc machines and mentor apprentices while expanding your own skills through industry training.

In this role, you'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. You'll be programming using Haas and Fanuc programmes. This role also includes supporting and mentoring apprentices and training & sharing knowledge and helping them build their skills.
