Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a CNC Programmer - SolidCAM for a 12-month fixed term contract near Redditch in an Aerospace environment. The role focuses on taking parts from design through to manufacture and delivery, working closely with design and shop-floor teams to ensure projects run efficiently.

The ideal candidate may have SolidCAM experience and knowledge of CNC machining, EDM, and multi-axis processes, with strong communication skills to support project-driven duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with SolidCAM desirable.
• Knowledge of CNC Machining and EDM Machining desirable.
• Experience with multi-axis laser, welding or hydraulics forming is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own parts and process from design to manufacture and delivery to the customer.
• Collaborate with design and shop floor teams to run projects efficiently.
