• Ability to interpret and work from detailed technical engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive work style, and a desire to progress professionally.

An established high-precision manufacturing company based in Maldon is seeking a talented CNC Programmer Setter to join their expanding engineering team. Duties:

• Efficiently program and set up CNC milling machines in line with job specifications.
• Manufacture high-precision components directly from technical drawings.
• Perform thorough self-inspections to ensure all finished parts strictly meet tight tolerances.
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs while preparing machinery based on works orders.
