Responsibilities

• Create and develop CNC programs to produce consistently accurate parts to specification.
• Set up and operate machines for production runs, during both manned and unmanned periods.
• Perform routine machine maintenance checks and keep check-sheet records up to standard.
• Carry out self-inspection and complete inspection records, ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
• Prove out programs on the machine and support problem solving for specific machining parts.
• Keep the working area clean and compliant with quality, Health and Safety, and customer requirements.
