Job summary

T&K Associates invites applications for a CNC Programmer to join our client in Leicester on a permanent basis. The role involves programming CNC machines to produce woodwork and acrylic displays from technical drawings, with training provided.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with paid overtime after 37.5 hours and a pension scheme. The team offers a supportive environment and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC Programming experience.
• SCM CNC machines experience is beneficial but not essential, training will be provided.
• Adobe Illustrator experience is useful but not essential.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team or with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines to create woodwork and acrylic displays from technical drawings using Alphacam.
• Review technical drawings and conduct quality checks on finished programmes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform other associated tasks as required.

CNC Programmer Job Benefits;

• Circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience
• Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 33 days with length of service
• Paid overtime available after 37.5 hours

CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities;

• Working from technical drawings and from visuals
