Job summary

Resolute Recruitment seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for a permanent, full-time role in Coventry, with day shifts and a 5‑day week (Mon-Fri, half-day Friday). The position involves programming 3/5 axis mills using Heidenhain control, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring product quality.

You will work in a precision engineering environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience with 3/5 axis milling with Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up 3/5 axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls.
