Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator in Sandbach to join a busy engineering manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal components to precise specs, reading technical drawings with a sharp eye for detail.

The role offers a stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, with weekly PAYE pay and ongoing training opportunities in a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Experience using measuring tools and performing quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Select tooling, machine settings and materials for each job.
• Perform first-off, in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and housekeeping.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.
