Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator for a workshop-based role, with a salary of £13.50-£15 per hour. The position includes fantastic internal training, premium overtime, 32 days holiday and a 4% pension contribution.

The role is based in Stroud area with commutable locations such as Dursley, Gloucester and Thornbury. Candidate will set and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components and inspect parts to meet strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce aerospace components.
• Ability to inspect finished parts to verify quality and specifications.
• Familiarity with maintaining high production standards and targets.
