Job description

Our client is looking for a CNC Operator to join their company with immediate start available! As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components and parts using state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machinery.

Duties include:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications.
2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup, tool selection, and programming requirements.
3. Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate machining.
4. Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards and productivity.
5. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
6. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions or programming errors.
8. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
2. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
3. Ability to set up machines and select appropriate tools and materials.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
