Job Description:

The role

The responsibilities include a mixture of:

1. CNC programming using both CAD/CAM software and manual programming.
2. Production of NPI ‘First Run’ (new product) ensuring that best possible programming, workholding, and tooling solutions are being used.
3. Operation and management of machines during production runs, ensuring high standards of quality are always maintained.
4. Post-production kitting and inspection of tooling for wear or damage.
5. Carrying out the TPM process for daily, weekly, and monthly machine maintenance.
6. Ensuring all records are updated, actions are recorded, and reports are completed.
