Job description

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Area:

Eastbourne

What you will be doing as a CNC Machine Operator

1. Review and decode engineering blueprints to identify machining needs.
2. Prepare and configure tooling, fixturing, and machine settings for precise operation.
3. Operate and control 5–axis CNC machines to fabricate complex, high–accuracy parts.
4. Oversee production runs and inspect components to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
5. Carry out preventive maintenance and address minor mechanical malfunctions.
6. Ensure the workspace remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols.

What you need to possess to be a CNC Machine Operator

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with 5–axis CNC machines.
• Minimum of 5 years machining experience.
• High levels of enthusiasm and a positive attitude at work.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to our client's core values.
