Castle Employment Group is seeking 4 experienced CNC Milling Operators for a permanent, 34.5-hour weekend night shift in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire. Training starts on day shifts with progression to Friday–Sunday 6pm–6am, offering strong earning potential and long-term security.

The role involves operating CNC milling centers, reading drawings, and ensuring quality while complying with health and safety standards. Attractive benefits and onsite parking are included.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC milling experience essential.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling and quality requirements.
• Experience working to tight tolerances and production deadlines.
• Reliable, practical approach with attention to detail; able to work weekend nights.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Prepare materials, tooling, fixtures and programmes for production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor machines for efficiency and quality.
• Carry out routine checks and identify machining issues.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
