We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer/Toolmaker for our client in Aylesbury, a highly regarded company within the Medical and Pharmaceutical industries.

Hours: Day shift with flexible start & finish times

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as an experienced CNC Miller (3-axis)
• Possess programming skills, ideally with Heidenhain controls
• Injection Mould toolmaking experience is advantageous
• Preferably apprentice trained
• Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is beneficial; training available
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Work within micron tolerances
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Adhere to health and safety standards

• J&S Grinders with optidress
• Injection Mould machines
• Mikron HSM800 and Dur (3-axis, Heidenhain controls)
• CADCAM software VISI
• SODICK EDM and Charmilles ROBOFIL wire EDM using VISI PEPS
