HR GO Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a long-established precision engineering company in Clacton on Sea, Essex. The role involves setting up and running CNC mills, inspecting parts, and updating tooling sheets to maintain high quality.

There is a choice of a 4-day or 5-day week with standard hours and a night shift possibility. The business serves Marine, Automotive, Aerospace, Food and Medical sectors and offers a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating CNC mills and controls.
• Understanding tool and material capabilities for efficient operation.
• Ability to inspect own work and adjust as needed.
• Must have engineering apprenticeship (advantageous).
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC mills in accordance with procedures.
• Operate additional machinery when required per guidelines.
• Inspect own work and maintain quality standards.
• Update tooling sheets and record cycle times.
• Assist colleagues to improve efficiency and processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
