WF Tech in Woodcote is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join on a permanent, days-based basis. You will program and operate Hurco 3-axis milling machines and produce low‑batch, precision components from engineering drawings.

The role offers a 40-hour week, with overtime paid at 1.5x, a private healthcare plan, a company pension and 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Immediate starts available.

Salary: £21-£25 per hour, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join the team on a permanent, days-based position.

The role will involve:

• Programming and operating Hurco 3-axis milling machines
• Programming directly at the machine
• Producing low-batch, precision components
• Working to engineering drawings and specifications
• Manufacturing components for a variety of industries, including Food, Medical and Marine
• Working with a range of CNC controls - Hurco experience is desirable, but other control experience will be considered
