Job summary

Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer in Wednesbury to join a busy engineering team. The role involves from programming through to machine setup, proving out programs on the shop floor and producing precision components.

You will work with FANUC/HURCO controls, use Fusion 360 for offline programming, and read drawings to ensure tight tolerances, with overtime and a permanent position on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' CNC programming experience.
• CNC milling background.
• Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360.
• Knowledge of FANUC, HURCO, or other CNC controls.
• Ability to set and prove out programs.
• Hands-on approach to machining and manufacturing.

Salary - £20 - £23 per Hour | Overtime Available | Early Friday Finish | Permanent Position

Are you an experienced CNC Miller Programmer looking for a role that offers job security, overtime opportunities, and a great work-life balance?

We're recruiting for a well-established engineering manufacturer specialising in precision steel and duplex castings. This is a hands‑on programming role where you'll be involved from programming through to machine set‑up, proving out programs, and supporting production.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
