Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Aylesbury is seeking a CNC Miller Programmer to join a precision engineering team. You will work on high-spec components using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.

Competitive pay £18–£20 per hour with overtime up to 10 hours weekly at 1.3x, stable hours, and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. Strong programming experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in CNC milling (programming).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect own work.
• Programming experience with CAM or control systems (EdgeCam or Fusion 360).

Responsibilities

• Program parts on CNC milling machines and set up jobs.
• Operate and monitor machines, inspect own work to tight tolerances.
• Handle batches from 1 off to 1000 offs and meet production deadlines.

CNC Miller Programmer
Location: Aylesbury
Join an expanding precision engineering team, working on a diverse range of high-spec components using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.

Stable hours:

• Monday?Thursday: 7:30am?4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am?1:30pm

Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays

Requirements:

• Strong experience in CNC milling (programming)
• Confident working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect own work
• Programming experience preferred using relevant CAM or control systems (EdgeCam or Fusion 360)
• Working to tight tolerances of 0.01+-
• Batches from 1 off to 1000 offs
