Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak in Worcester is seeking a CNC Milling Programmer/Setter/Operator for a double day shift. The role covers Mazak 4/5 axis machining, programming, setting and operating. You will produce a range of highly toleranced components and work within a busy manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Mazatrol CNC controls and able to contribute to health and safety improvements. Excellent career development opportunities with 8% employer pension contribution, private healthcare, and more.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of setting and operating CNC machining centres.
• Experience using CNC controls safely and effectively.
• Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Desirable: Experience programming directly from engineering drawings using Mazatrol CNC controls.
• Desirable: Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship, HNC or similar engineering qualification.

• Programming, setting and operating Mazak 4 and 5 Axis machining centres.

CNC 4/5 Axis Milling Programmer/Setter/Operator : Double Day Shift : Worcester

A GBP 26,667 : A GBP 31,250 basic + 20 shift premium (A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 37,500)

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 1:30pm

Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Friday: 2:00pm to 8:00pm
