Job summary

Ristara, a UK-based aerospace precision manufacturer, is recruiting a CNCMiller to join our machining team in Rugby. You will set and operate 3-axis CNC mills, read complex drawings, and self-inspect your own work to ensure quality.

Experience with Haas and Mazak machines and working to very tight tolerances is essential. You must read engineering drawings, comply with AS9100 where applicable, and work well in a fast-paced team environment with a can-do attitude.

Job description

You will be joining a reputable Aerospace manufacturing company who supply components into the leading aerospace companies such as AIRBUS and BOEING.

For the CNCMiller position you must:

• Experience of Setting and Operating
  
• Must be conversant with Haas & Mazak
  
• Must have experience working to very tight tolerances
  
• Be able to read complex engineering drawings
  
• Be conversant with 3axis machines
  
• Ability to self inspect your own work
  
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment
  

Required qualifications for the CNCMiller roleare:

• Apprentice trained/Time served engineer
  
• Industry experience - Aerospace (ideal), Nuclear, Medical or Automotive (high end), Motorsport: all with high tolerances
  
• Be able to work to AS9100 standards
  
• Must have good team working skills coupled with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  
• Flexible and forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude.
  

Hours for the role:

Standard Days: Monday/Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 12pm Finish
Overtime is also available at premium rates
