Job summary

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a skilled CNC Miller for a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. You will set and operate Mazak milling machines, edit existing programs, and machine to tight tolerances to meet customer specifications.

The role requires time-served experience, at least 3 years working with Mazak centres and Mazatrol controls; strong problem solving, teamwork, and willingness to travel to other sites when required.

Qualifications

• Time served machinist.
• Minimum of 3 years’ operational experience using Mazak machining centres.
• Experienced in use of Mazak controls (Mazatrol).
• Able to interpret work instructions/engineering planning documents, identify and use the appropriate equipment to manufacture parts to customer specification.
• A good communicator, able to build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
• A professional and proactive individual who takes personal responsibility for resolving problems and delivering results on time.
• Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements, which may include working overtime and travelling to other sites on occasion.
• A team player who shares knowledge and experience with colleagues and is positive and proud of doing a great job.

CNC Miller

Location: Byfleet, Surrey

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 / £17 to £20 per hour

Our client is a successful precision aerospace company and they are currently looking for a CNC Miller to manufacture high-end aerospace components using CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines

As a CNC Miller you should have/be
