Job summary

Streamline Search is assisting a specialist engineering and manufacturing business in Havant to recruit a skilled CNC Machinist. The role focuses on milling precision components with exacting standards and requires a minimum of five years' experience operating CNC mills, ideally with Hurco controls.

You will read drawings, set up tooling, and ensure quality with meticulous measurement and inspection. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week with flexitime, overtime at enhanced rates, 20

Job description

Our client is a specialist engineering and manufacturing business supplying precision components to various industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machinist. The successful candidate will focus on milling precision components, using greatest care and professional knowhow.

Package:

• £17-£19.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 5x for overtime
• 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure

CNC Machinist - Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills with precision and care

CNC Machinist - Requirements:

• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience with CNC or manual lathes is advantageous
