Job summary

MNB Precision, a Coventry-based precision engineering company, is recruiting a skilled CNC Miller for our high-value, low-volume work. The role is full-time and permanent, with a daytime shift from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, plus overtime.

You will set and operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis Mazak machines and work from tight drawings to exact tolerances. You should be experienced with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls, able to inspect your own work with precision tools, read GD&T, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision manufacturing business.
• Experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls
• Experience machining large components (up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter)
• Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
• A reliable, team-focused approach is required for the CNC Miller role.

Responsibilities

The Role

The CNC Miller vacancy is a hands-on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low-volume/high-value work.
