Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established precision engineering manufacturer seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled machining team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet exacting quality standards in small-batch production. A background with Haas machines is desirable.

Full-Time | Permanent

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, forward-thinking precision engineering manufacturer with decades of industry experience, a reputation for quality, and ongoing investment in modern CNC machining technology. Supplying high-specification components to a diverse customer base, they're now looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their skilled machining team.

The Role

This is a hands-on machining position focused primarily on small batch and precision component manufacturing. You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing high-quality parts while working from engineering drawings and maintaining exacting quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Machinist
• Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workDesirable

Desirable

• Experience with Haas CNC machines
• Background in small batch or bespoke precision manufacturing
