Job summary

Holt Engineering Ltd. in Christchurch is seeking a CNC Miller Programmer to join its workshop team. The role offers an hourly rate of £18–£20 depending on experience, with hands-on work across milling, turning and inspection tasks.

The ideal candidate will programme, set and operate CNC milling machines, work with Fanuc controls, read detailed drawings and participate in first-off and final inspections to ensure quality and production targets are met.

CNC Miller Programmer

A Christchurch-based engineering company is looking to add an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to its workshop team. This is a hands‑on and varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys more than simply setting and running one machine. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the workshop and continue developing your machining skills.

The Role

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines
