Soraya Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturing company in Nuneaton (CV11). We are seeking an experienced CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer who can programme, set and operate Mazak CNC machines in a busy workshop.

This role offers flexible hours, immediate start, and a temp-to-perm path, with a stable, long-term employer. You will work with the production team to meet targets and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and setting Mazak CNC machines.
• Ability to programme directly at the machine.
• Experience making tooling changes and machine adjustments.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities

CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer - Immediate Start

Soraya Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturing company based in Nuneaton (CV11).

We're looking for an experienced CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer who can confidently programme, set and operate Mazak CNC machinery. This is a hands‑on role within a busy workshop manufacturing wacker plates and components used within the construction industry.

The Role

• Programming Mazak CNC machines.
