Job summary

WF Tech in Oldham is seeking a CNC Mazatrol Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. You will program complex components directly at the machine using Mazatrol on Mazak Integrex i200 / j200, interpret drawings, set up tools and offsets, and run jobs from start to finish on high‑precision parts.

Ideally you have solid Mazatrol experience, the ability to work to tight tolerances, and a proactive, flexible approach to overtime on the back shift.

Job Title: CNC Mazatrol Programmer – Mazak Integrex i200 / j200

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Oldham

Salary: £45K–£50K (Back Shift Only)

Overtime: Widely Available @ x1.5 / x2

Shift Pattern:

• Straight Back Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 2:30am (Friday Off)

Job Description:

• As a CNC Mazatrol Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Programming complex components directly at the machine using Mazatrol on Mazak Integrex i200 / j200 machines
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
• Setting up tools and work holding with correct offsets

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have solid experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex machines using Mazatrol
• Be confident working to tight tolerances in a high-precision environment
• Ideally have served an engineering apprenticeship (though experience is key)
• Be capable of working independently or as part of a small team
• Be quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Be flexible to support overtime as required
• Have a proactive, professional attitude with good organisational skills
