Manufacturing Technician (CNC) role based in Southampton. £35,000 - £42,000 plus extensive training, progression, bonus scheme and company benefits.

You will join a well‑established manufacturer specialising in rubber sealing and moulding, contributing to quality and development initiatives. You will cover machining during holiday periods and support the Product Development Manager, performing inspections and tool testing while aiding maintenance.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Practical experience operating CNC machinery.
• Interest in supporting product development and quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Cover machining activities during holiday periods
• Support new product introduction and development projects
• Perform inspections on precision components
• Assist production through troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvements
