Niftylift Limited is recruiting a CNC Machining Technician for our modern Hoyland, Barnsley facility. The role involves operating CNC machines to high quality standards, contributing to process improvements, and meeting daily Kanban targets in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained or equivalent machining background.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience.
• Proficient in CNC programmes and parameters.
• Proficient with Excel and data handling.
• Aware of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machine centres to meet quality and output targets.
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve processes and reduce delays.
• Follow planned daily targets to balance Kanban and avoid delays.
• Ensure faults are not passed to subsequent processes and escalate concerns.
